Wine: Portable Adobe Photoshop CS4 and the geng

Assalamualaikum. Hari ni syah sedikit tertekan dengan kawan syah yang merendah-merendahkan sistem operasi linux khasnya ubuntu. Dia cakap "ape guna guna ubuntu lau xleh nak pakai photoshop". arrgghh!! satu statement yang bebetul wat syah naik darah. hahaha.

Ok, dalam artikel ni syah akan tunjukkan macam mana nak "run"kan Portable Adobe Photoshop CS4 dengan gunakan wine. Untuk tutorial ni, syah menggunakan versi wine 1.1.23. Jika anda sedang menggunakan wine versi lain, sila upgrade. sila rujuk artikel ni untuk upgrade.

Ok, jika anda dah install wine versi 1.1.23 or anda dah upgrade, jom mulakan!
  1. Download Portable Adobe Photoshop CS4 (rujuk bahagian komen untuk dapatkan link.
  2. Download winetricks dengan command ni,
    wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks
    sh winetricks msxml6 gdiplus gecko vcrun2005 ie6
    sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts
  3. Kemudian download atmlib.dll dan alihkan ke folder “~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system 32″.
  4. Kemudian cuba "run"kan PhotoshopCS4.exe.
  5. Siap!
Untuk maklumat anda semua, syah menggunakan ubuntu 9.04. Dan dengan trick ini, anda mungkin juga boleh "run"kan Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 @ CS4 dan Corel Draw X3 Portable(*).

* Untuk "run"kan Corel Draw X3, anda perlu download mfc40.dll dan alihkan ke system 32 wine anda.

Syah dah cuba dan ianya berhasil dengan lancarnya. Semoga Berjaya!!!

    sebanarnye, yg plaing successful adalah copy seluruh "c:\windows\system32" drp windows xp and save kat “~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system 32″

    dengan cara ini, semua software windows pun boleh guna...
    aku sendiri dah buat macam ni sejak dulu lagi.

    tapi i x tau macam ni legal ke tidak lah...
    hehehe

    btw, photoshop dan dreamweaver tu akan keluar eula time mula-mula bukak.. dan eula tu akan hang.. de3lete file App/Photoshop/adobe_epic.dll (same jgak ngan dreamweaver) dan eula tu xkan keluar lagi..

    macam mana la aku leh terlupa pasal eula nih.. hahaha...

    guna linux untuk buat website lagi bagus,
    boleh terus test dgn php and mysql.
    and gedit adalah lebih bagus compare dgn notepad kalau nak edit html atau php

    @maa,
    boleh, tapi makan hard disk space banyak lah.

    ok. saya dah berjaya smpi tutorial no. 2. sangkut plak kat no. 3. saya tak jumpa alamat (~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system 32) nie. susahnya........

    bagi yang gagal install ps dlm ubuntu, cubalah gimp.

    banyak gimp tuts dlm youtube ttg cara2 nk wat aqua icons n touchup gmbr kasi more lively.

    masuk youtube n search for 'gimpknowhow'. bdak kcik nih byk wat tuts.

    gimp dh memadai 4 intermediate level photo editing...

    sy da bjaya install Photoshop CS4 & Dreamweaver CS4..
    sbgai ujikaji..sy jgk da bjaya install Flash Pro CS3..
    smua guna kaedah yg sama sperti tutorial di atas...

    soalan sy..

    bgaimane plak nk install Illustrator CS4 @ CS3 dlm wine ni??

    mcm2 da try..still bug..tutorial diatas xbkesan utk Illustrator CS4 & CS3..

    HOPE dpt bantuan dari otai2 yg lbh lama dari sy kt cni...
