Quick Look untuk ubuntu akhirnya muncul juga!

 Quick Look (QL) merupakan satu fungsi preview cara cepat dan mula diperkenalkan oleh Apple bermula dari sistem operasi Mac OSX Leopard. Tidak dapat saya bayangkan betapa saya sukakan fungsi ini kerana segala kerja-kerja preview fail seperti fail imej (jpg, png, gif, psd, eps..), fail audio (mp3, wma...), fail movie (avi, wmv, mpg, 3gp hehe...), zip fail (preview fail yang terdapat dalam zip file!) dan sebagainya boleh dilakukan dengan cepat tanpa perlu load perisian image viewer dan sebagainya yang pastinya memakan masa.

bla..bla..bla. Malas nak baca dah? Nak install je terus? Camne??

 Bukak terminal kemudian copypaste line berikut;

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/gloobus/ubuntu jaunty main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list'
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 0624A220

Lepas tu baru install gloobus ni dengan command berikut;

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gloobus-preview && sudo apt-get upgrade

Anda perlu restart nautilus untuk menggunakannya;

nautilus -q
nautilus &

Ada fail DEB dalam tu. Install yang tu jer ok?

Hmm...buat masa sekarang Gloobus hanya berfungsi dalam Jaunty dan belum support Karmic Koala.
